This code is required to verify the user and enable access to our guest Wi‑Fi network.

Cascade Engineering and its firewall vendor process mobile phone numbers only to facilitate authentication. We do not use this information for any secondary purpose, including analytics, profiling, or marketing. Only the minimal data necessary to deliver the SMS authentication code is collected.

No Marketing Use or Unauthorized Sharing

No mobile phone information will be obtained from or shared with unauthorized third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, without the owner’s express, opt‑in consent.
Cascade Engineering does not sell or share mobile phone information for cross‑context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

User Controls (STOP/HELP)

Users may decline to receive SMS authentication messages by choosing not to use Cascade Engineering’s guest Wi‑Fi service.
Users may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP.”
For assistance, users may reply “HELP.”

Message Disclosures

Message and data rates may apply for any SMS messages sent to or received from Cascade Engineering.
Message frequency varies and is limited to authentication‑related communications.

Data Retention

Mobile phone numbers and related SMS metadata are retained only for as long as necessary to complete authentication and maintain the security and integrity of Cascade Engineering’s guest network. Data is deleted or anonymized promptly thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required to detect or prevent security incidents or comply with legal obligations.
