CASCADE ENGINEERING WELCOMES MANUFACTURING VETERAN TO MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Cascade Engineering executive team is excited to announce that Homero Valdez-Sanchez is joining the Brownsville, Texas management team as Plant Manager.

Valdez-Sanchez is a manufacturing veteran with over twenty years of experience. He is Lean and Six Sigma certified. He has extensive leadership skills leading teams of various sizes. While in a leadership position he has an excellent track record of low recordable accidents in the plants he leads.

As Plant Manager Valdez-Sanchez will be responsible for leading teams to help take the Brownsville plant to the next growth phase. The Brownsville teams have shown outstanding production capabilities and the entire Cascade Engineering family of companies is excited to see how they grow into the future under Valdez-Sanchez’s leadership.
