As Vice President of Finance, Lisa combines financial expertise and a strong commitment to our culture, our people, and long-term vision.

Lisa has more than 23 years of financial leadership experience in complex, multi-brand organizations. She joined Cascade from Wolverine Worldwide and during her tenure led financial strategy and planning for several global brands including Merrell, Chaco, Wolverine, CAT, Hush Puppies, Bates, Hytest, and Harley-Davidson. Lisa is recognized for her ability to strengthen financial performance, enhance operational efficiency, and drive strategic growth through collaboration and data-driven insights.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and psychology from Hope College and earned her CPA after completing additional coursework at Grand Valley State University.
