As Vice President of Operations, Jeff provides strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing operations, engineering, program management, and quality. Throughout his career, Jeff has demonstrated operational expertise and an unwavering commitment to Cascade Engineering. He brings a disciplined, data driven approach to problem solving and a consistent focus on outcomes that support both customer requirements and long-term business performance.

Jeff brings more than 20 years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience and has dedicated 24 years of service to Cascade Engineering. He was originally an engineering intern and since joining the company in 2002, he has held a series of increasingly responsible leadership positions, including Quality Manager, Corporate Quality Systems Manager, Plant Manager, Program Manager, Senior Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Director of Manufacturing Engineering & Quality Engineering, Director of Advanced Manufacturing & Manufacturing Engineering, and most recently Director of Operations for the Grand Rapids Campus.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Quality Engineer through the American Society for Quality. He has also completed numerous leadership development programs, including The Leadership Challenge, Speed of Trust, and 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
