Mike Jorritsma is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for The Cascade Engineering Family of Companies. He is responsible for the finance/accounting departments including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cost accounting, taxes, insurance, fixed assets, budgets, and reporting the financial performance of joint venture and international operations. Mike also serves as an advisor and partner to CE business leaders helping them evaluate and develop their financial plans and economic modeling associated with business strategy.
Prior to joining Cascade, Mike served as Vice President Finance-Automotive Separation at Johnson Controls (JCI) responsible for executing the legal entity separation strategy related to the spinoff of JCI’s Automotive Seating business and for separation of the Automotive Interiors and Electronics groups related to the divestiture of those businesses. Previously at JCI, he served as Vice President of Finance for the Global Electronics group, Global Finance Director for the Electronics Customer Business Units and Controller of the North America Electronics and Interiors groups.
Earlier in his career, Mike worked for Chrysler Corporation where he served in various finance roles in the Vehicle Platform, Treasury, International, Sales & Marketing and Manufacturing groups. Mike holds a MBA in Finance from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Calvin College.
Mike resides in Holland, Michigan with his wife Donna, a fourth grade teacher in the West Ottawa School District, and their three children Hannah, Luke and Jordan
