Assembly & Delivery
Cascade Cart Solutions coordinates the assembly and distribution for over 500,000 carts annually. We have certified vendors trained to work with our newest technology, using scanners and Manage Software to implement A&D with barcodes and/or RFID tags. In the last year, we have conducted A&D on 100,000 containers with barcodes and 200,000 containers with RFID tags.
Manage
Manage, a service offered by Cascade Cart Solutions, is a total cart management system designed to handle all activities related to residential solid waste and recycling collection. With Manage, you can focus on your core business, and leave the management of containers up to us. From simple assembly and delivery, to setting up a service center at your location, we can tailor this program to meet the specific needs of your district and community.
The Manage system is designed to help minimize the total cost of container ownership over the life of the containers. We use technology to assign the container to a specific address, measure its activity, and then provide you with ongoing information on your container fleet. You will know where each specific container resides as well as its maintenance history. We use barcodes or RFID tags on the containers, and hardware/web-based software to document the information.
Verify
Verify, from Cascade is a service that will ensure your Solid Waste database & Tax database are correct. During the Verify process, we send out a team to electronically document and correct any discrepancies in the customer database using a proprietary process and software package.
Change within communities across the United States is ongoing. Residents build new homes, buy existing homes, begin collection service, end collection service, are delinquent in payments to the haulers, and frequently change service to a new low cost hauler. This rapid change affects the hauler’s revenue. Often these changes are not represented on the street on collection day. The result of these changes is some residents are receiving free trash / recycling service.
Verify will help you manage these ever changing factors in your business and identify sources of lost revenue. Verify has historically indentified that between 3% - 8% of residential units being serviced on a standard truck route are not in the database, resulting in lost revenue. The value of Verify is to capture this lost revenue.
