Our team has over 40 years of experience with injection molding simulation and structural analysis using a variety of software tools. The high level of analytical expertise is complemented by our practical knowledge of injection molding on the production floor; we have served many different roles in the manufacturing and engineering fields. We couple our manufacturing expertise with software capabilities to solve difficult engineering problems.

Cascade Engineering is a Moldflow Corporation Silver Certified supplier. This means that all of our Moldflow analysts have obtained the highest level of user competency from Moldflow Corporation in all areas of filling, cooling and warp. Our analysts make regular presentations at International Moldflow User’s Group (iMUG) meetings. The high level of involvement has allowed us to be a part of the Moldflow User’s Group Advisory Board.

In addition to injection molding simulation expertise, we are well versed in structural analysis. Our experience includes codes such as Abaqus, I-DEAS, LS Dyna and Nastran. We utilize various codes for pre- and post-processing of data depending on your needs.
