This automotive interior
component animation demonstrates our ability to balance the
flow of plastic throughout a large part. We strive to
deliver a simple, manufacturable hot runner system that
provides the largest process window with the least amount
of injection pressure and clamp force requirements. This is
achieved by bore balancing drops, modifying wall stock
wherever possible and deciding drop locations. We are the
industry experts in large tooling and process simulation of
these single cavity multiple drop hot runner systems. |

A comparison is made between
the Moldflow model and actual results for an interior light
truck component. This example demonstrates both the accuracy
of our analysis methods as well as our desire to follow the
part into production. We support each product from
conception to manufacturing. By taking the time to compare
actual part results to analysis predictions, we can verify
the analysis and provide support for molding trial
troubleshooting. If there are any discrepancies, we
investigate the differences, and then utilize the lessons
learned on the next project. We are constantly learning
about ways to improve the analysis process. |
