Tooling Optimization
This image shows the cooling circuit metal temperature and
mold surface temperature based on the process conditions
established. This result highlights the areas on the ejector
side of the tool that need additional cooling.

Cooling Circuit Design
Optimization
This example illustrates the average plastic temperature as
it changes from flow through cooling. Cooling differences
are compared between traditional cooling circuits and newer
cast-in conformal spiral wound cooling channels.

These animations simulate the
core surface temperature of the mold insert based on two
different cooling strategies. The emphasis on this analysis
example is to optimize cooling circuit design and tooling
for cycle time reduction efforts.
