This 6-hour course walks participants through a basic
problem solving process of Symptom – Cause – Remedy and
looks at a systematic way of solving problems as teams.
Participants learn and practice basic problem solving tools
like brainstorming, root cause analysis, data collection,
the Pareto Principle, etc. Participants will also learn how
to participate as effective team members.
