A multi-rater survey that provides supervisors with feedback
on their leadership strengths and weaknesses. With a
certified facilitator, recipients review a feedback report,
select developmental areas to work on and put in place two
developmental plans. Used in conjunction with learning
programs like Centering On Success or Vital Leadership
Basics, this becomes a very effective developmental tool.
