Diversity Theater

This 3 hour diversity theater entitled Beyond Culture and Gender, is intended to help employees understand the behaviors and language that could be offensive or disrespectful to co-workers and thereby causing conflict, dissention, loss of productivity and turnover. Using actors and actresses to illustrate real life scenarios in the workplace, participants engage with the actors to identify what was seen or heard that may be considered disrespectful or offensive by others. The theater also presents an opportunity for participants to review how to get conflicts in the workplace resolved.
