This 3 hour Diversity Awareness class is an overview of
diversity today and its impact on an organization. Through
facilitated discussion, this class is designed to: 1. Help
participants define terms frequently associated with
diversity i.e. prejudice, discrimination, racism, pluralism,
sexism, etc. 2. Understand how diversity in the workplace
impacts us individually, interpersonally and
organizationally. 3. Help people learn how to manage
diversity to create a more productive workplace.
