Ronald B. Jimmerson Sr.
Ronald B. Jimmerson Sr. is our Human Resources Manager.
Ronald manages the department of Community Partnerships and
Workforce Diversity. He is known in the community for
creating and managing the Welfare-to-Career,
School-to-Career and Diversity programs.
Ronald spent 11 years as a licensed social worker with
Project Rehab, and has been with Cascade Engineering for the
last 16 years. He is currently a member of the local
Workforce Development Board, Exodus Correctional Ministries,
and President of Employers Advisory Council for Interurban
Transportation Partnership, Hope Network BAC and the
School-to-Career Board of Directors.
David A. Barrett
David A. Barrett is our Senior Organizational Consultant for
Learning and Development, with company-wide responsibility
for employee training and education programs as well as
organizational and individual development initiatives.
Throughout his 26 years at Cascade Engineering, he has held
several positions in operations management, human resources
and organizational development.
