Kysha L. Frazier - Director of Quest, works to advance the company’s numerous corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives, fostering innovative public/private partnerships to encourage self-sustaining and measurable community improvements. Kysha is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix teaching courses in business management and organizational development. Kysha holds a BA, and a MA degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Iowa and a MA degree in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University.

David A. Barrett - Director of Talent Management for Learning & Development with 29 years of experience with the company, Dave is responsible for employee training and education and organizational/individual development initiatives. As a "keeper of the culture," Dave has spent 18 years helping Cascade Engineering become an employer of choice. Dave has a BA and MBA in Business/Leadership from Davenport University and has a "Certificate in Organizational Development" from the National Training Laboratory located in Alexandria, Virginia. Dave is also part of the faculty of Davenport University teaching courses in Organizational Behavior, Diversity In The Workplace, Staffing and HR Management.

Ronald B. Jimmerson, Sr. - After 19 years with Cascade Engineering, Ron is a Sr. Human Resources Manager of Community Partnerships and Workforce Diversity best known in the community for creating and managing Welfare-to-Career, School-to-Career and diversity programming. Ron spent 11 years as a licensed social worker with Project Rehab and is currently a member of the local Workforce Development Board, President of Employers Advisory Council for Interurban Transportation (ITP) Partnership, and a member of Famiy Support America.

Kelley M. Losey - Senior Manager of Safety, Security and Environmental Services and has been with the company since 1996. Through her leadership Cascade has been recognized by the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration for its progressive safety practices and by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality for being a clean corporate citizen. Kelley serves as Vice President of the West Michigan Sustainable Business Forum, a member of the Local Emergency Planning Commission Industry Outreach Group, the Air and Waste Management Association, the American Society of Safety Engineers, and the Suppliers’ Partnership for the Environment.
